"Yes, all Zyga Jewels are BIS hallmarked, proving they are made of SOLID GOLD. The BIS hallmark is a certification system for gold jewelry in India, ensuring the purity of the metal. This certification indicates that the jewelry meets the standards set by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the national standards body of India. According to the BIS Act, independent hallmarking agencies assess and certify gold based on these Indian standards. In essence, gold jewelry must be tested at official hallmarking centers to confirm its adherence to national and international fineness and purity standards. 2) What is the return policy at Zyga?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items, with shipping fees being non-refundable and return fees being applicable To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- Items returned by mail must include all original packaging, including tags, boxes, and pouches.
- Sets must be returned in their entirety; individual items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for credit.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
PRO TIP: Always shoot an unboxing product video that will help in case of any returns, damage, or other conditions.

Unsatisfied with your product? No need to fret—we cover half the return shipping cost. Simply follow these steps:

6) What is the exchange policy?
Exchanges are facilitated via mail but coordinated through orders@zygajewels.com. We offer a 30-day exchange window for items in their original condition as received.
7) Do you offer a buyback option?

8) Where do you deliver?
We provide shipping to most locations within India. To verify if your area is eligible, kindly input your PIN Code during checkout. If your PIN code isn't supported on our website, please reach out to us at orders@zygajewels.com.
Please be aware that the shipping timelines provided are approximate and exclude weekends, holidays, or any unexpected delays with the courier (such as weather, volume, traffic, etc.).
Shipping fees are determined based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.
9) Do you offer international shipping?
Shipments outside of India may incur additional customs duties and service charges. Please be aware that Zyga has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
